01 · Weeks 1–3
Diagnose
Senior principals map the problem across all five layers: law, institution, process, system and data. They interview stakeholders, review documents and test systems. The output is a decision-ready assessment, not a slide deck.
02 · Weeks 3–8
Design
We draft instruments, architectures and controls in parallel so they fit together. Every obligation has a system that can carry it and every system has the mandate it needs. Specialists from the network join where the problem demands them.
03 · Month 2 onward
Build & implement
We build, or we oversee the people who build. That covers software, data pipelines, regulations, SOPs and training, delivered against a sequenced plan with visible milestones and security review before launch.
04 · Ongoing
Transfer & review
Documentation, runbooks and trained owners. We finish with a structured handover and scheduled reviews, so the client ends up owning a capability rather than depending on a consultant.
